1What we collect

If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address. That is the only personal information we ask you for.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard server log information including IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure, and is retained for no more than 30 days.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and uses no cross-site identifiers. It gives us aggregate figures only — pages viewed, approximate country, device type — and does not identify you or follow you to other sites.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles about visitors.

2Why we use it

We use your email address to send you occasional emails from Sempré Club — ideas, early access to the first collection, and invitations. We do not send a daily or weekly newsletter. We do this on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and which you can withdraw at any time.

We use server logs and analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website, and in understanding how it is used.

3Who we share it with

Your email address is stored and processed by MailerLite, our email provider. Their privacy policy is at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Our site is hosted by Vercel. Their privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we never will.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent contractual terms.

4How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we retain a record of your unsubscribe request so we don't email you again by mistake.

5Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to: be told what data we hold about you; get a copy of it; have it corrected; have it deleted; restrict or object to how we use it; and receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email hello@sempreclub.com. We'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
